Paisans Club Policy for returned checks (Bounced Checks/Insufficient funds) will be a Paisans Club service charge of $25 plus $12 bank fee plus the price of the ticket.  If not paid in full within 5 days you will be removed from the Italian Paisans club membership.

The Paisans Club does not keep a wait list

for tickets

The Paisans Club has a no-refund, no-exchange, no-credit policy

All ticket purchases are final 

The Paisans Club is NOT responsible for lost, or replacement of show tickets or UNDELIVERED TICKETS. 

The Paisans Club does not reserve seats or

tables, seating is first to arrive first seated

The Paisans Club is not responsible for lost,

stolen or misplaced tickets

Ticket must be presented to enter

Seating reserved for Paisans Club volunteers only

Being a Paisans Club member does not guarantee a member a ticket purchase.
